Who we are

Our goal is to accompany people in shaping their lives as self-determined as possible and in taking part equally in social life.

We support people who need support because of a physical disability, a sensory impairment, a mental illness or a need for care. For us, the focus is not on the disability, but on the person with their personal wishes, abilities, goals and ideas about life.

How we work

Everyone shapes their life differently. That is why we take time to listen, to understand each individual situation and to develop suitable solutions together. Our support is based on the personal needs and resources of each individual. We want to support people in making their own decisions, maintaining and developing their existing abilities and shaping their own path in life as self-determined as possible.

Our support can take place in many areas of life – for example in your own home, when out and about, at doctor's and official appointments, at the workplace, during training or studies, as well as in leisure activities and social participation. We do not see assistance as taking over tasks, but as support that enables people to shape their lives according to their own ideas.

What we stand for

As an assistance service operating throughout Germany, we work flexibly, reliably and according to need. In doing so, we naturally take into account the legal and organisational requirements of the individual areas of support.

Our foundation

Our work is guided by the basic ideas of self-determination, person-centredness and equal participation in society. These values are also the foundation of integration assistance under SGB IX and correspond to the goals of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, according to which every person has the right to shape their life in a self-determined way and to participate equally in all areas of life.

Our goal is to support people in achieving their personal goals, strengthening their independence and breaking down barriers. We work for this every day with expertise, commitment, respect and conviction.
